Welcome to my new blog The Primal Rabbit…..Having toyed with the idea of starting a blog for a while now, I decided to finally take a chance and ‘just do it’!
I am a huge advocate of being healthy and active and through this blog I hope to document my day to day fitness and diet lifestyle, my kitchen experiments and my paleo/fitness related rants! Although this blog is intended to help me channel my huge interest in nutrition and exercise into one space and also develop some of my ideas, I really hope that others will find it useful/entertaining!
