Quick and dirty cardio HIIT

This is one of my go-to sprinting workouts. It will definitely make you sweat so a towel is essential! What’s great about it is that you are constantly changing the incline and pace so no boredom guaranteed!

The various paces should look a little something like this:

Walk-active (do not hold the side rails….that means you start pulling with your arms and take effort away from the legs….useless and you are in fact burning less calories….so dont do it..ok? good) you should be feeling a slight burn in your legs as you walk up the hills

Jog– a good pace at which you could maintain a conversation

Sprint– as fast as you can possibly go for 30 seconds….if you factor in the time it’ll take you to jack up and lower the pace, you are probably only sprinting for 20 second all out so really make an effort and push yourself here! this should be by far the toughest part. the other two tempos are for recovery purposes.

I would love to hear your thoughts if you get a chance to try it!!
