chocolate fudge balls

Wow I had a serious craving for something chocolatey this evening. These little fudge balls hit the spot big time. Rich chocolatey flavor and filling so 1-2 was perfect to satisfy me.

AND no baking or cooking involved…..jackpot me thinks!

Ingredients

1/2 cup cacao powder (or carob powder)
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup chia seeds
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
1tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup applesauce or sweet potato puree (I had apple and b
lueberry flavored paste I got in the health shop-see pic)
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 heaping tbsp almond butter
2 big spoonfuls of organic honey (or as desired)
handful of goji berries (going through phase of putting these in everything!)

Directions

1. Mix everything up in a food processor or bowl until well combined

2. Use a small spoon or ice cream scoop to make up a load of little balls of fudge! Store in the fridge…they re great when chilled!

3. Eat and love life!
