Hard Gainer shake

Here’s a breakfast/meal replacement for all you hard gainer men out there…!!!!!!!

Place the following in a blender/processor

2 Bananas(medium)
1/2 a punnet of strawberries
1/2 a punnet of raspberries
4 eggs whole/8 egg whites/2 scoops of low sugar protein 
(vanilla or chocolate)
2 tablespoons of almond/cashew butter
Add coconut/almond milk(not canned) to dilute your shake to preferred 
consistency..great start to the day or post workout shake!

Get that into you!

All butters and milks are available in your health store

Fruit veg and eggs in your local fresh produce supplier

Protein powders can be ordered online or bought in special supplement stores(make sure to get one with low sugars)
