Paleo day 2

 

 

 

Breakfast:

Chicken, sprouts, courgette, green beans with honey mustard sauce and lemon

Lunch:

Roast chicken, lettuce, beetroot. Boiled carrots and sprouts….not very interesting….had gulped half of it down when I realized i needed to take a picture!!! so FYI….Some food missing ha

 

Dinner:

‘Man salad’ ha lettuce peppers apple, chicken, bacoonnnnn!!! and avocado!!

Snacked on some frozen grapes and coconut water! Two coffees and lots of water…..

 

Really stressful in work so not much time to prep food let alone eat it so it all quite boring and so difficult to avoid eggs!!!! Definitely struggling at the moment!
