Sorry I didnt get a chance to post my eats yesterday so I am combining it with today!
Breakfast: chicken and veg mix with spoon of coconut oil and large fruit salad
Lunch: couldnt decide so had salmon and chicken with a large salad and a separate box with some ridiculously over-boiled vegetables……takes me back to my school days…..
Dinner: Large salad with Chicken and bacon
Breakfast: large beef burger with a load of vegetables and a large fruit salad
Lunch: Salmon and tuna with large salad and some lovely overcooked veggies not even worth photographing
Dinner: Salmon, 1/2 avocado and some sprouts, bacon and mixed veg…..
Snack: Orange, dried mango and coffeeeeee
