  6. Herbs and spices (cajun, steak, fajita, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic, onion, cardamon, 5 spice…..)
  7. Coconut milk (full fat)
  8. Carob powder (coco replacement)
  9. Coconut flakes
  10. Flaxseed
  11. Hempseed
  12. Maca powder
  13. Goji berries
  14. Olive oil
  15. Apple cider vinegar
  16. Balsamic vinegar
