Weights rock!

Had some fun in the gym today…..all weights…..cardio tomorrow. Looked a little something like this

Split jerk:

 

Set a new PR: 45kg @1RM

Followed by some bench work:

5 sets @ 3 sets building heavy weight….got ti 37.5kg today

Curl and press: 3 sets of 10 reps

Dips: 3 sets of 10 reps

And to top off the triceps……tricep push ups to failure…….

Followed by foooooodddd…….always get hungry after working out

Heading out tonight for a few drinks….horse riding and cardio should be fun tomorrow…..
